Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, products, and services provided by Hamilton Assets LLC, doing business as Salarium Finance ("Salarium," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Salarium Finance, you agree to these Terms.

Salarium Finance is a personal financial planning and cash-flow management tool. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, credit repair organization, lender, money transmitter, or fiduciary.

Eligibility And Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone you authorize to use it.

The Service

Salarium Finance provides tools for personal financial organization, including connected-account views, transaction categorization, budgeting, income and outflow planning, savings and debt planning, document processing, cash-flow projections, AI-assisted workflows, and related insights. The Service is for personal, family, or household financial planning unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

No Professional Advice

The Service and any content, projections, classifications, alerts, AI outputs, or recommendations are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, credit, lending, debt-settlement, or financial advisory advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing information, consulting qualified professionals when appropriate, and making financial decisions.

Accuracy Of Financial Information

Account balances, transactions, cash-flow projections, budgets, due dates, merchant information, categorizations, and AI-generated content may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or inaccurate. Third-party providers and financial institutions may change, limit, or interrupt data availability. You should verify important information directly with your financial institution, employer, biller, payment processor, or other source before acting on it.

Connected Accounts And Third-Party Services

If you connect financial accounts or use integrated services, you authorize Salarium and its service providers to access, process, and display the information needed to provide the Service. Third-party services may include financial data providers, payment processors, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, document processing, AI systems, app stores, and support tools. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts or omissions.

Documents, User Content, And Feedback

You may provide information, documents, receipts, paystubs, notes, settings, and other content to the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Salarium a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use User Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Salarium AI And Other AI-Assisted Features

Salarium AI and other AI-assisted features use automated systems to classify transactions, identify recurring expenses, draft budgets, summarize documents, answer questions, or help automate workflows. These optional features can send the financial information identified in their in-app permission prompts to Google Gemini. Physical asset valuation can also use Google Search. We request separate permission before sharing data for each feature; you can decline or withdraw it as described in the Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these Terms alone does not grant AI data-sharing permission. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Salarium AI is not a human adviser, fiduciary, financial institution representative, or customer-service agent.

AI outputs are provided only for informational and planning purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, credit, lending, debt-settlement, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs, including balances, transactions, due dates, projections, and recommendations, against original and authoritative sources before relying on them or making a decision.

Do not rely on an AI feature to resolve an account problem or dispute, exercise legal rights, or handle an emergency or time-sensitive payment issue. Contact the relevant financial institution, biller, government agency, or qualified professional directly. You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI outputs. Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content or instructions.

Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellations, And Refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, features, billing intervals, trial offers, promotional pricing, and plan limits may change prospectively. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges until you cancel. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not credited.

You may cancel through the purchase flow, account settings, or payment processor flow made available for your subscription. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the platform or law provides otherwise. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated if a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a plan limit is exceeded.

Intellectual Property

Salarium Finance, including its software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content, is owned by Salarium or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process information as described in that policy.

Service Changes, Suspension, And Termination

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Salarium or others, failed to pay amounts due, or used the Service in a way that may be unlawful or harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or error-free operation. We do not warrant that projections, recommendations, AI outputs, account data, or third-party data will be accurate, timely, complete, or suitable for your needs.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salarium and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for financial losses, missed payments, overdrafts, investment losses, tax consequences, credit impacts, data loss, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Salarium for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Salarium and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hamilton Assets LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer protection law requires a different governing law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
